Tandem Centre, London

CDA is currently delivering a programme of improvement works at the Tandem Centre in Colliers Wood.

The next phase includes a new extension comprising three retail units, designed with improved sustainability credentials including green roofs, photovoltaics and EV charging points. The wider masterplan extends this design language across the existing facades and adjacent food and beverage terrace.

A parallel programme of unit reconfiguration works is also underway to support incoming tenants and improve building performance.
