Skyliner, Edinburgh

Skyliner is a residential development for S1 Developments located on brownfield land to the north of the city adjacent to the historic Leith Docks. The development consists of 338 Build to Rent apartments over 4 buildings ranging between 7 and 14 storeys in height. A new landscaped cycle / pedestrian boardwalk fronts on to the waterfront with carefully designed public realm including pocket parks to the north of the site.  Internal and external amenity space is provided at ground and first floor for the residents, along with a further amenity space on the 14th storey of one of the central towers.
