Shawfair Park, Midlothian

CDA was commissioned by Buccleuch Property to design a masterplan and obtain outline planning permission for the Shawfair Park development.

CDA has continued to work with Buccleuch to deliver multiple buildings on the park, including 3 speculative podium offices, and the Scottish Qualifcations Authority office and Script Management Facility—both of which CDA delivered from concept to completion.

The latest project on site is a low carbon innovation centre for Danfoss Engineering, consolidating manufacturing and offices at Shawfair Park.

CDA has also supported Buccleuch with developments by others including a Marstons restaurant and pub, and the Spire hospital as well as preparing feasibility studies for other developments, including land sale and lease, planning and design and build turnkey opportunities.
