Danfoss Low Carbon Innovation Centre, Edinburgh

CDA was commissioned to develop a proposal for Danfoss Power Solutions, to bring new manufacturing and office facilities to Shawfair Park, Midlothian

This will be Danfoss’s first UK facility, and this Low-Carbon Innovation Centre provides a home for Danfoss’s next generation, climate friendly technologies, including research and development as well as manufacturing facilities.

From initial briefing in Denmark in early 2020, CDA assisted Danfoss with establishing their brief and developed a building which is efficient, high performance and architecturally respectful of the location at Shawfair Park while creating a strong sense of identity and quality working space for the end user.
