Waterfront Avenue, Edinburgh

CDA gained planning permission on behalf of our client, Places for People, for this residential re-development of a large brownfield site which forms part of the regeneration of the Granton area.

The buildings include a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom family terraced townhouses.

Waterfront views are maximised with the apartments and townhouses arranged around a central landscaped courtyard area. The townhouses each have their own private garden deck and the majority of the apartments have private balconies or terraces.
