TK Maxx and Home Sense, Various

Since appointment to the TJX Europe framework for Scotland in 2014, CDA has delivered full architectural services for numerous TK Maxx and Homesense fit-outs across shopping centres, high streets and retail parks.

Project include stores at Braehead Shopping Centre, Fort Kinnaird and St Andrew Square in Edinburgh, including the first side by side TK Maxx and Home Sense stores in the UK.

Current works include further store developments in Ayr, Glenrothes and Carlisle.
