St George's Shopping Centre, Preston

CDA has been retained by successive owners St George’s shopping centre over many years, delivering a broad range of asset improvement and refurbishment projects.

Works have included major interventions for anchor store tenants such as New Look, Superdrug, Costa Coffee and River Island, together with new escalators, feature glass lifts and enhanced finishes to the central rotunda space.

More recent projects have focused on mall refurbishments and enhancements to key entrance frontages, improving the overall customer journey and strengthening the centre’s visual identity.
