CDA designed the new Scottish Qualifications Authority buildings at Shawfair Park, which are a direct, affordable replacement for the SQA’s previous outmoded and inefficient facility at Ironmills, Dalkeith.

A high quality landmark, value for money, flexible, commercial development fitting SQA’s bespoke/unique office and examination paper processing requirements has resulted from very close liaison between Buccleuch Property, Scottish Qualifications Authority and Scottish Ministers and their professional teams.

The buildings are designed to suit commercial letting and subdivision following SQA‘s occupational lease.
