Skyways House, Speke

The Skyways campus houses the head office complex for Littlewoods Shop Direct at Estuary Commerce Park, Speke. The centrepiece of the 200,000ft² development is the Grade 2* listed former aircraft hangar into which has been inserted three levels of open plan office space surrounding a central atrium. The elegant industrial aesthetic of the overarching lamella spaceframe roof has been preserved and celebrated in the conversion strategy. The campus also included two new buildings containing additional office space, training facilities, high bay storage and a data centre.
