Queen Margaret University, Musselburgh

This £30m project for Miller Construction and Sanctuary Housing Association involved the implementation of 8 buildings and 800 bedrooms of student accommodation. Built as part of a larger 3 phase £75m scheme to create a new residential and academic campus in Musselburgh, the project was completed on budget and ahead of programme.

CDA was instrumental in developing the concept design (by others) to greatly improve the efficiency and make the scheme commercially viable.
