Meadowbank House

CDA was the concept architect for the £6m refurbishment of the existing 1970s, 8 storey government offices for the Registers of Scotland.

Part of the client’s aspiration was to change their image/external perception, This resulted in a part new-build section and refurbishment of the core public spaces and floorplates. A new extension was also created for the public areas of the building, enhancing the entrance and public interface.
