CDA acted as implementation architect for Clark Contracts on this refurbishment. The centre, owned by Blackstone Group and managed by Realm Ltd., underwent an extensive revamp to provide an attractive contemporary environment to meet the heightened expectations of the public and anchor tenants. This included a number of bespoke items as part of the refresh including grand staircases, feature lights, ceilings, service desk and decorative internal and external cladding. The project was well received by both client and public and recognised with a Revo Gold award.
