Kinnaird South, Edinburgh

CDA worked with Aberdeen Investments on the redevelopment of the vacant site at Kinnaird South. The site is located within Newcraighall, a south-eastern suburb of Edinburgh. The area is primarily known for the adjacent Fort Kinnaird Retail Park, a retail development which includes many national retail and food brands including Marks & Spencer, Boots, McDonalds, Costa and Subway.

The development includes two pre-let individual units with associated parking, service / customer yards, cycle storage and ancillary service enclosures. 

The scale of each building has been developed to suit the operational requirements for potential tenants whilst also considering the surrounding context of the industrial / retail park. The uses for the buildings include a car servicing unit and builders merchant. 

The third plot has been developed as 6 Trade Counter Units on a speculative basis.
