Kings Chase, Maidenhead
Kings Chase is a new build office development for Schroders Investments located in Maidenhead town centre. It provides 88,000ft2 of grade A office space over six floors with parking at basement level.
The office space is arranged around a central core with a generous double height entrance at ground and first floor. Situated directly opposite Maidenhead railway station it is ideally placed to benefit from the new Elizabeth Line.
The office has been designed to NABERS 4.55, BREEAM Outstanding and has many ESG focused design features including a rooftop garden.
The bold, modern design will be a landmark building at the gateway to the town centre.
The existing buildings on site have now been demolished.
