East Newington Place, Edinburgh

This site is the redevelopment of existing garages in the Newington area of Edinburgh. The tight site is landlocked on three sides and constrained on two by existing walls, one of which is B listed boundary wall to Newington Old Burial Ground. 

The proposed 4-storey building redevelops within the footprint of the existing garages to provide new student residential accommodation comprising of 65 studio apartments and associated amenity space.
