Churchill Square, Brighton

Since completing a major refurbishment of Churchill Square Shopping Centre in 1997, CDA has continued to work with abrdn, to refine the offer, add value and maintain the centre’s dominant position in the region.

The original refurbishment work comprised the demolition and rebuilding of 80% of the existing 1960s shopping centre and the refurbishment and full enclosure of the remainder, while more recently work has been carried out on various areas of the centre, from shop unit refits to the extensive Western Road frontage improvements which completed in August 2018. 

These latest works incorporated major shop units for Zara, Topshop and H&M giving more presence to the piazza.
