The Balmoral, Edinburgh

The Balmoral five-star luxury Rocco Forte hotel is located on the prestigious Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh. CDA was Lead Consultant and Architect for the phased refurbishment and alteration of guest bedrooms, restaurants, bars and Spa.

The interiors have received bespoke fittings throughout with a high-quality finish in keeping with the standard required for a 5-star hotel.

CDA has been involved from the initial stages of surveying right through to completion, working closely with the hotel at all times to ensure the logistics of the works did not have a detrimental effect on the its daily operation.

Our team recently completed the Irene Forte Spa, which included the reconfiguration of the existing basement spa, and the creation of new treatment rooms a new gym.
