Adelphi Hotel, Portrush

CDA undertook a full refurbishment of the Portrush Adelphi Hotel, for luxury operator, Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts.

We transformed the hotel to the 5-star standard of the operator's other existing properties and increased capacity of the hotel to 34 guestrooms, with a comprehensive refurbishment of all guestrooms and en-suites. The hotel features individually designed public areas, lobby and dining spaces, including The Red Sail Room restaurant concept.

CDA worked alongside the AJ Capital Partners interior design team to implement the Marine & Lawn concept design.

Structural alterations allowed new layouts to be created for the front of house areas at ground floor, creating improved reception, bar and restaurant areas, in addition to a new snooker room.
