Aberdeen Energy Park, Aberdeen

CDA was commissioned by Buccleuch Property to prepare a masterplan and obtain outline planning permission for an extension to to the north of the existing park.

Additionally CDA has been commissioned over an extended period on a variety of other refurbishment and new build schemes across the park, as well as a series of feasibility studies for potential tenants / land purchasers.
