CDA has transformed this Category A listed building to provide a three storey restaurant with five luxury apartments on the upper floors, including a rooftop penthouse extension, in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town for Aberdeen Standard Investments. Working with interior designers, Graven Images, the apartments have been fitted-out to a very high standard, making the most of the unique location with views over St Andrew Square and beyond to Fife.
