Congratulations to our two CDA teams who took part in the Buccleuch Property Challenge! Catriona Gray, Andrew Gass, Laura Krūmiņa, Michael Grieve, Mari Kristine Helland and Conor McCormack competed in the six-hour mountain biking, running, orienteering and obstacle courses at Drumlanrig Castle, Dumfries & Galloway. Network Rail, in partnership with its joint venture development partner blocwork, is working on proposals to transform a 0. 75 ha (1. 85 acre) vacant site adjacent to Queen Street railway station. (read more...)

The final phase of The McEwan Build to Rent (BTR) development for Moda Living reaches practical completion. This marks a significant milestone delivering the final 139 homes within the 476 BTR development. CDA's proposals for ASDA Retail Parc, Straiton has received unanimous approval from Midlothian Council planning committee for Lansdowne Investments. The proposed development consists of two 20000 ft2 retail units, and five 4000 ft2 units with associated customer parking and delivery service yard. (read more...)

Plans submitted for the Tandem Centre in Colliers Wood, London on behalf of Aberdeen. Our planning application to extend the existing shopping park has been lodged with Merton Council. Proposals include green roofs, PV’s and EV charging points improve the development’s sustainability credentials.
