1 Redcliff Street, Bristol

CDA was the architect for the expansion and refurbishment of this landmark city centre building for Aberdeen Standard Investments, and was involved at the outset with AS to develop a scheme to help secure the tenant pre-let.

The building refurbishment included upgrade of all common parts, building clean, new double height reception, security barriers, lift lobbies, WCs and external works and the provision of a large shower and changing facility within the basement.

The work also included the fit-out of 10 office floors for UK Law firm TLT as well as a brand new top floor client suite providing unrivalled views across the city.
