The Mall Preston
CDA handled the complex internal reconfiguration of 50,000sqft of retail space and the remodelling of the atrium mall area, including extensive demolition. All works were carried out whilst Centre continued to trade. CDA were retained when the centre was acquired by Aviva for a further phase of work to upgrade entrances and replace outdated facades.
