Howgate
This refurbishment project involved the extensive internal re-working of the existing shopping centre to create a new anchor at the atrium end of the mall. The food court was relocated along with re-cladding of the lift towers and construction of a new entrance canopy to the High Street. The centre carried on trading throughout the project which was completed on time and on budget. CDA were retained by the new owner, Rockspring, for further phases of improvements.
