Cumnock Town Centre
CDA / Deanway / Muir Group won this project in one of the first competitive dialogue tenders used in Scotland and are now partnering with East Ayrshire Council to regenerate Cumnock, an ex-mining town. The masterplan includes refurbishing and extending the existing shopping centre to revitalise this key element, along with the introduction of strategically located local government offices and town centre car parks to establish a new pedestrian pattern to enliven the heart of the town.
