This project involved the extensive refurbishment and internal re-planning of two Grade B listed Georgian buildings, in Edinburgh's New Town. The development provided 11000ft² of flexible office space with improved access and facilities in addition to 9000ft² of high profile retail space at ground and lower ground levels. Circulation routes through the building have been reconfigured to maximise lettable space.
