This £2.2M project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and internal remodelling of a complex of Grade B listed Georgian buildings, in the heart of Edinburgh’s retail district. The development provides some 12000 ft² of sub divisible office space with improved access facilities and 12000 ft² of retail space at ground and basement levels. CDA worked hard to rationalise service and escape routes throughout to maximise lettable space.
