Whitehouse Loan
We obtained detailed planning consent in 2008 for a residential redevelopment of this excellent corner site in the Grange area of Edinburgh based on an apartment building with underground parking and three townhouses. The site was subsequently sold and we are now working with the new owners on a version of the consented design but based on smaller apartments and more townhouses. The redesign also incorporates only one access point and avoids underground parking. The site is characterised by a landscaped setting and the contemporary design of the buildings includes a high quality palette of materials including ashlar stone and dark grey cladding panels.
