Quartermile
CDA has been involved with the Quartermile regeneration project for the past six years and have completed four buildings. We are currently working on our largest building to date within the Foster & Partners masterplan. All involved the complete restoration of ‘B‘ listed buildings which had been modified in their past due to Crown Immunity from planning as part of the Infirmary. Each building has been sensitively restored, sometimes party re-built to recreate the original design and we incorporated mezzanine levels to create a variety of apartment sizes from studios to four bedroom duplex properties.
