Murrayfield Road, Edinburgh

Located on an elevated site in Edinburgh at the corner of Murrayfield Road and Ravelston Dykes this prominent corner building was completed for our clients S1 Developments. The design of the building is based on the ‘villa’ type housing in the surrounding area and incorporates some of the site’s existing landscaping. The predominant external material is high-quality sandstone with a setback glazed penthouse at the top storey. Each apartment has extensive glazing and a private terrace to take advantage of the impressive surrounding views.
