Shawfair Phase 1a
Shawfair Park is the strategic gateway into Edinburgh / Midlothian’s proposed Shawfair Town development. Phase 1A of the park comprised a new roads infrastructure and three office buildings totalling some 26,000ft² of space, completion was achieved in 2008. The office pavilions achieve a Very Good BREEAM rating incorporating natural ventilation with passive solar control measure incorporated. The building layouts allow for flexible subdivision to suit the perceived requirements of the market.
