Shawfair Masterplan
Shawfair Park is the strategic gateway and route into Edinburgh / Midothian’s proposed Shawfair Town development, located close to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and the southern bypass. CDA were masterplanner for the site for Buccleuch Property obtaining Outline Planning Consent in 2007 for some 250,000ft² office park development. CDA have been retained as architects for all infrastructure works, design and development works. Phase 1a (26,000ft²) offices were completed in Summer 2008, and a planning consent obtained for 150 bed business hotel.
