This modern 10 storey 120,000sqft speculative office building was the first to be completed within the heart of the newly designated International Financial District of Glasgow’s Broomielaw. CDA’s role as the D&B contractor’s architect saw significant design improvements to the functionality and commercial viability of the scheme whilst exceeding market expectations on the perceived quality of the finished product.
