One of Edinburgh’s prime central development sites, this mixed use scheme will see Scottish Provident’s former HQ redeveloped to provide 95,000sqft of Grade A offices, 65,000sqft of retail, 6 luxury flats and basement parking. Working in collaboration with Gareth Hoskins Architects, CDA obtained full planning consent in 2007, including the demolition of various elements of Grade A & B listed buildings.
