Balmoral
The prestigious hotel located in the heart of Edinburgh has under gone the first phase of a £1.2 million refurbishment of 78 bathrooms and 4 cloakrooms. Each bathroom has received bespoke fittings with a high quality finish in keeping with the standard required for a 5-star hotel. CDA have been involved from the initial stages of surveying right through to completion, working closely with the hotel at all times to ensure the logistics of the works did not have a detrimental effect on the daily operation of the hotel.
