Located on a former landfill site, this scheme for client Grundon includes the redevelopment of existing facilities on the site, along with a new company headquarters office building based on a carbon neutral design principle. The transfer station covers over 5000m² along with a host of workshops to help service their waste management fleet of vehicles.
The scheme is set on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty and forms part of a larger development by Grundon to landscape the former landfill site.
